Inclement Weather
Telehealth can allow continued appointments even in bad weather. But there are sometimes power outages and other weather-related problems that interfere with telehealth. Due to concerns about power outages, safety on the roads or other problems during bad weather we may need to reschedule telehealth appointments. If we have warning about possible bad weather, we will try to call if you have a scheduled appointment on the bad weather day. During times of inclement weather, we do not enforce our appointment cancellation fee policy, so if you are not able to make a telehealth appointment due to dangerous weather-related issues please call the office or, better, email us at [email protected].
